The 2024 F1 season began in March in Bahrain.

Red Bull continued to be the dominant force heading into 2024, but a huge resurgence from McLaren has made the front end of the grid significantly more competitive.

Companies like Mercedes, Ferrari and especially McLaren have had success this year in winning over runaway 2023 champions Red Bull.

There will also be a record number of races this year. With China and Imola returning to the schedule following their cancellations last year, there will be 24 race weekends from February to December.
