UFC #4 ranked heavyweight Sergei Pavlovich will face #9 ranked Jairzinho Rozenstruik at UFC Saudi Arabia on February 1, 2025. By Alex Behunin.
UFC Saudi Arabia, also known as UFC Fight Night 250, features a middleweight bout between Andre Muniz and Ikram Aliskerov. Now the card is strengthened even further with the addition of these two heavyweight knockout artists.
Pavlovich (18-3 MMA, 6-3 UFC) was on track to capture the UFC title before Tom Aspinall ended his six-fight knockout streak at UFC 295. He has since lost another fight against the up-and-coming Alexander Volkov and is fighting his way down the rankings against Rozenstruik, who has recently enjoyed a resurgence.
Rozenstruik (14-5 MMA, 9-5 UFC) is on a two-fight winning streak, most recently defeating Tai Tuivasa in a dominant performance at UFC 305. “Bigi Boy” has been on the verge of some of the worst points in UFC history, when judge Howie Booth gave Tuivasa all three rounds despite the larger community and 100 percent of the media members gave Rozenstruik all three rounds.
With a total of 28 knockouts in 33 wins (24 in the first round), it is certain that someone will take the win.
